Operations Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of fruit distribution, including receiving, storage, and delivery of products.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management to maintain freshness and minimize wastage.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders.
• Prepare and process delivery orders, invoices, and other operational documentation.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and quality control of fruits according to company standards.
• Plan delivery schedules and coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff.
• Resolve operational issues and customer delivery enquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support management in improving operational efficiency and workflow.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or distribution (experience in food or fresh produce industry is an advantage).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic inventory/ERP systems.
• Able to work early mornings, at weekends, or public holidays when required.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
