As an Operations Executive, Cleaning Services, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Supervise day-to-day cleaning activities, ensuring services are delivered on time and meet both company and client expectations.
- Provide high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the customer premises.
- Oversee site supervisors and cleaners to ensure smooth operations, including recruitment for cleaners, manpower planning, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
- Develop strong client relationships, handle inquiries and complaints, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Perform inspections and conduct safety risk assessments.
- Manage inventory of cleaning materials and equipment, including ordering and stock controlling.
- Willing to travel around Singapore to manage different projects.
- Ensure compliance with local government legislation (eg. Employment Act, Foreign Manpower Act, Workplace Safety).
- Carry out additional ad-hoc tasks assigned.
