Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers enquiries, needs and complaints
- Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
- Providing technical guidance and support to the team, as well as delivering training and development opportunities
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all M&E work undertaken
Requirements
- Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
- Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills
- Rotating Shift required (2 shifts, Morning and Afternoon)
