The Role:

The Operations Executive will support daily warehouse and order fulfilment operations, ensuring accurate, timely processing of orders and smooth inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily fulfilment of online orders
• Assist with daily fulfilment of B2B / offline orders
• Support return and refund operations on a daily basis
• Assist with warehouse housekeeping and organisation
• Participate in monthly warehouse stock take

Working Hours

• 5-day work week
• Rotational Saturday shifts, compensated as overtime (OT)

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations roles is preferred
• Forklift licence holders will be prioritised
• Computer literacy is required, with emphasis on Excel (basic data entry, tracking, reporting)
• Able to perform hands-on operational tasks
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
