Job Description

. Coordinate and manage daily trucking activities to meet customers delivery requirements.

. Attend to customers enquiries via phone and email promptly schedule and confirm job orders, and update customer information in the system.

. Handle import and export documentation, including FCL and LCL shipments.

. Handle accurate and timely processing of Portnet documents accurately and timely, in compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

. Monitor and update the status of import/export containers, providing real-time updates in the system.

. Ensure all jobs are completed in a timely and compliant manner.

. Perform tracking, data entry, filing, and maintenance of operational records.

. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to transportation, logistics operations, import/export documentation, or customer concerns.

. Work closely with internal teams and external parties (e.g. transporters, shipping lines, customers) to ensure smooth operations.

. Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

. Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification.

. At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the logistics industry.

. Familiarity with Portnet system and Singapore import/export procedures will be an advantage.

. Basic computer literacy (MS Office)

. Good organizational and time management skills.

. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

. A team player with the ability to work independently when required.

Work Arrangement:

. 5.5-day per week,

. Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, and

. Saturday, from 9am to 1pm
