Job Description
Oversee assigned clinical service points, ensuring smooth daily operations, including counter services, administrative matters, and process improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and enhance operational workflows
Work with department managers to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience across the continuum of care.
Ensure facilities are safe, patient-friendly, and aligned with service excellence standards.
Partner with operations and administrative teams to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
Develop and implement innovative services to improve service levels and enhance customer experience.
Drive performance by meeting volume and financial targets for assigned clinical services.
Manage patient records and clinic supplies inventory in compliance with the respective regulations and guidelines
Respond to queries and escalations from doctors and patients, and other stakeholders professionally
Prepare business plans in collaboration with clinical chiefs to meet organisational goals.
Manage annual budgeting, conduct regular reviews with clinical heads, and explore new business opportunities.
Lead and manage non-nursing staff at service points, including performance appraisals, training, and career development.
Oversee staff recruitment, retention, and engagement to ensure a skilled, stable, and motivated workforce.
Facilitate effective two-way communication between staff and management, ensuring timely dissemination of information and escalation of issues.
Represent the department in committees and contribute to organisational initiatives.
Participate in job rotations to other operational areas after three years.
Job Requirement
Diploma/Degree in any business administration, logistics, or any equivalent
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Detail-oriented with efficient multitasking abilities
Strong teamwork ethic and collaborative
Keen to learn in a dynamic healthcare environment
