- Understand operational workflows in Sales activities and design process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and eliminate non-value-added tasks
- Lead and conduct in-depth analyses using advanced continuous improvement methodologies to identify gaps or issues
- Review KPIs related to logistics processes, focusing on both execution and outcomes
- Collaborate with regional office on business processes, performance monitoring, reporting, and improvement analysis
- Evaluate risks associated with various process change approaches, and assess the cost-benefit of current operational workflows
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
