Job Scope
- To execute import shipments process in an efficient and effective manner.
- Billing invoices to generated accurately, timely and sent out promptly to customers to facilitate efficient payments by customers
- Perform checks on the approval cargo clearance permit/cargo conditions before releasing to Warehouse / Traffic
- Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, carrier, co-loaders, transporters and overseas agents)
- Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirement
- Diploma/ Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
- 1 -3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
