Responsibilities
- Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to reduce cycle time, waste, and manufacturing costs.
- Develop and maintain work instructions, process specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
- Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation, and production ramp-up activities.
- Troubleshoot production and process issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Evaluate and implement tooling, equipment, automation, and process improvements.
- Monitor key manufacturing performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or production engineering.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement, and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, SPC, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge of CAD, ERP/MES, or other engineering software is an advantage.
