1.Operation and Monitoring

. Daily operation and monitoring of WWTP Plant and processdrain systems.

. Round-the-clock plant checks and parameter logging.

. Continuous monitoring of critical systems (pHcontrol, fluoride removal, RO system performance, etc.).

. SCADA Monitoring

2.Equipment and Instrument Maintenance

. Preventive maintenance for pumps, mixers and othermechanical equipment. (eg. Lubricant replacement, Greasing, Vibration andTemperature Measurement)

. Sensor cleaning, calibration, and troubleshooting(pH, fluoride, conductivity, TSS sensors) (All tools and soluble provided by client)

. Replace RO system guard filters as required.

. Periodic cleaning (e.g., turbidity sensors, filterpresses, sump pits and Lamella Settler).

3.Sampling, Compliance, and Waste Management

. Scheduled sampling for wastewater.

. Assisting in ad-hoc PUB compliance sampling.

4.Facility Upkeep and Housekeeping

. Routine descaling, rust prevention, and painting ofmetallic structures.

. Proper housekeeping practices to maintain safe,clean working conditions.

. Immediate blockage clearance for Fab and WWTPdrainage systems.
