About the Team
The Infrastructure Engineering team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyperscale data centers. The team manages the end to end lifecycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions and various infrastructure services ensuring that they are scalable and are reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Define, track, and analyze core infrastructure and delivery KPIs, including delivery efficiency, delivery stability, and power utilization metrics.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor delivery performance, operational stability, and energy usage across data centers.
- Partner closely with Server Delivery, Data Center Operations, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to ensure consistent metric definitions and data accuracy.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities related to delivery efficiency and operational stability.
- Analyze power usage, capacity, and efficiency metrics (e.g. power utilization, load distribution, trend analysis) to support infrastructure optimization and sustainability initiatives.
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Identify data gaps and quality issues; drive improvements in data pipelines, metric definitions, and reporting standards.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear analysis, visualizations, and concise narratives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in data analysis or analytics roles, preferably in infrastructure, data center, server delivery, or large-scale operations environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, aggregating, and analyzing large datasets.
- Solid experience with Excel / Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
- Experience using Python (or similar scripting languages) for data analysis, automation, or reporting.
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs and metrics, especially those related to efficiency, stability, and capacity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dashboard and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or internal BI platforms.
- Familiarity with time-series data analysis and trend monitoring.
- Understanding of data center power, energy efficiency, or infrastructure capacity concepts.
- Experience supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives through data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and highly technical environment.
