Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily and monthly scheduled tasks.

- Report promptly on defects, attendance, and completion of assigned duties.

- Handle all customer feedback effectively.

- Ensure adherence to safety practices during work activities.

- Recommend and implement operational plans to enhance work processes and service quality.

- Conduct regular site inspections.

- Facilitate user trainings and safety briefings.

- Undertake other assigned ad hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in a relevant field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.

- Possession of a Class 3 driving license.

- Basic knowledge of architectural drawings, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems, and AutoCAD.
