You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our brand, from managing retail experiences to coordinating production and corporate projects follow up. Job Scope & Responsibilities
- Atelier & Retail Operations: Manage daily operations, ensuring the atelier, display shelves, and backroom are always clean, inviting, and reflective of our brand standards.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every visitor enjoys a delightful and informative experience, sharing our passion for natural fragrances.
- B2B & Stockist Coordination: Maintain professional communication with our valued stockists and corporate clients. Handle inquiries and ensure orders are processed smoothly.
- Order Fulfillment: Swiftly and meticulously pack all online and corporate orders with a high level of care.
- Inventory & Production Support: Facilitate efficient stock replenishment and product preparation to keep our atelier brimming.
- Administrative & Ad-hoc Support: Provide essential administrative support including quotations, proposals and tackle other adhoc tasks assigned by the manager to support business growth.
- Digital Savvy (Plus): Familiar with social media to capture aesthetic, behind-the-scenes Stories or Reels.
