Operation Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse including stringent security of the stores and inventory.

• Ensure proper stock rotations and movement of goods as well as smooth receiving and deliveries of goods with proper documentation

• Conduct periodic stock takes, cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy

• Manage total logistics cost with budget given.

• Work with product and finance team to manage inbound of stocks, ensure efficient space management and smooth processes.

• Supervise a team of warehouse personnel from outsourced logistics contractor to ensure proper work is carried according to SOP

• Manage drivers including outsourced logistics contractors and delivery schedules

• Implement effective warehousing managing system with proper housekeeping structure in place

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports including transport routing and inventory report

• Streamline processes and drive strategies to continually improve in the layout and space management, storage, flow of goods and work organization of the warehouse

• Enforce workplace safety practices and other regulatory compliances
