Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day operational functions of our organization. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of business operations, including administrative support, process coordination, and systems management.
Job Description:
. Assist in coordinating and executing daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
. Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and documentation.
. Track and report on key operational metrics and performance indicators.
. Support procurement, inventory control, and operation processes as needed.
. Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and logistical coordination for meetings and events.
. Liaise with other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues.
. Monitor and respond to operational inquiries via email and phone.
. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for management review.
. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
. Support onboarding and training processes for new team members.
Requirements:
. Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or office management role.
. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with operational systems.
. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
. ITE/ Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
. Experience in operations in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Logistic, Store Management, Quality can be considered
