About you
2 years F&B supervisory or team-lead experience (Singapore experience preferred)
Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken & written) able to train foreign workers
Proficient in POS systems and Excel able to produce basic reports
Able to stand for long hours assist in kitchen and service when needed
Strong leadership and execution fair, communicative, excellent under pressure
Basic knowledge of SFA/NEA requirements WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
