Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced OpenText Developer / Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise content management (ECM) solutions using OpenText Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM. The role involves building scalable document management systems, developing custom workflows, and integrating with business platforms like SAP and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions using OpenText Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM for a unified document management ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute content migration strategies for legacy data within the xECM framework.
  • Ensure smooth integration between Archive Center, Content Server, xECM, SAP, and Microsoft 365 for complete document lifecycle management.
  • Design and develop custom workflows, web reports, Live reports, and OS-level scripts to meet business requirements.
  • Configure and customize Smart UI and related OpenText components.
  • Lead system upgrades, deployments, and integration activities to support scalability and performance improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise on Records Management and Physical Records Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing ECM solutions.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with OpenText Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM.
  • Knowledge of Smart UI configuration, SAP/Microsoft 365 integrations, and records management.
  • Strong scripting skills in OS-level scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
  • Proven experience in system design, upgrades, and deployments within OpenText environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
