A leading global ETRM consultancy is looking for exceptional ETRM Business Analysts and Developers to join their growing team. This is a highly open role - they are keen to hear from standout candidates based in Singapore, London, Houston, or elsewhere globally.
Openlink Endur experience is advantageous but not essential - the client is happy to cross-train the right person. What matters most is that you are a high-calibre ETRM BA or Developer with a strong track record delivering across energy and commodities trading environments.

What You Will Be Doing
- Contributing to or leading Openlink Endur implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Engaging with Front, Middle, and Back Office stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
- Designing and configuring Endur solutions aligned to commodity trading, risk, settlement, and accounting workflows.
- Supporting testing phases including UAT, go-live preparation, and post-implementation activity.
- Developing technical solutions, scripts, and integrations (for Developer profiles).
- Acting as a subject matter expert across one or more commodity asset classes.
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Openlink Endur - experience does not need to be recent.
- Background as an ETRM Business Analyst or Developer within energy, commodities, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of the full trade lifecycle: deal capture, risk, settlements, and accounting.
- Familiarity with commodity markets - Power, Gas, Oil, Renewables, or broader Commodities.
- Experience working in consulting or in-house delivery environments is advantageous.
- A degree in Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
