Job Descriptions
- Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on IT and electronic systems.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and maintain servers, including running patches/scripts and ensuring hard disk data integrity and backups.
- Conduct biannual inspections of onsite electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve faults in IT systems and electronic components.
- Manage daily technical maintenance tasks and address IT/electronic-related concerns.
- Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
Education
- ITE or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Linux or basic IT concepts is a plus.
Other Essential Attributes
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Must possess a proactive, hands-on attitude and a positive work ethic.
- Open to taking on ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Willing to travel across Singapore for site visits, preferably with own transportation.
- Strong customer service mindset daily interactions with clients are part of the role.
