Support testing and implementation of automated patching tools.
Maintain accurate PC records in ServiceNow's Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module.
Assist with PC provisioning and disposal activities.
Investigate and resolve issues during software update deployments (e.g., Adobe, Java, Zoom).
Document patching activities and track progress consistently.
Prepare and submit monthly reports on vulnerability status and resolution metrics.
Contribute to automation efforts and process improvements.
Support team productivity through documentation and reporting.
Note:
The engineer will operate under the Company's direction and report to the PC Patching Team Lead.
Proficient in Windows OS troubleshooting and command-line utilities.
Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, RPA, and mail merge.
Experienced in software installation and remote desktop support.
Strong follow-up and task management capabilities.
Familiar with IS&T standard operating procedures.
Effective communicator with global IT team collaboration experience.
