Job Description

Onsite Desktop Support Engineer - ( a major global real estate company headquartered in Singapore )

5 day work week ( Monday to Friday )

Location : CBD area

  • Deploy Microsoft and non-Microsoft software patches promptly.

  • Remediate PC vulnerabilities identified by the Cybersecurity team.

  • Follow up with users on patching issues and send timely reminders.

  • Support testing and implementation of automated patching tools.

  • Maintain accurate PC records in ServiceNow's Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module.

  • Assist with PC provisioning and disposal activities.

  • Investigate and resolve issues during software update deployments (e.g., Adobe, Java, Zoom).

  • Document patching activities and track progress consistently.

  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on vulnerability status and resolution metrics.

  • Contribute to automation efforts and process improvements.

  • Support team productivity through documentation and reporting.

Note:
The engineer will operate under the Company's direction and report to the PC Patching Team Lead.

Qualifications Required :

  • Proficient in Windows OS troubleshooting and command-line utilities.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, RPA, and mail merge.

  • Experienced in software installation and remote desktop support.

  • Strong follow-up and task management capabilities.

  • Familiar with IS&T standard operating procedures.

  • Effective communicator with global IT team collaboration experience.
