Onsite Engineer Job Scope:
- Deploy Microsoft and non-Microsoft software patches promptly.
- Remediate PC vulnerabilities identified by the Cybersecurity team.
- Follow up with users on patching issues and send timely reminders.
- Support testing and implementation of automated patching tools.
- Maintain accurate PC records in ServiceNow's Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module.
- Assist with PC provisioning and disposal activities.
- Investigate and resolve issues during software update deployments (e.g., Adobe, Java, Zoom).
- Document patching activities and track progress consistently.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on vulnerability status and resolution metrics.
- Contribute to automation efforts and process improvements.
- Proficient in Windows OS troubleshooting and command-line utilities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, RPA, and mail merge.
- Experienced in software installation and remote desktop support.
- Strong follow-up and task management capabilities.
- Familiar with Mapletree IS&T standard operating procedures.
- Effective communicator with global IT team collaboration experience.
