Creating a memorable experience for clients by matching their needs and desires with holiday destinations. Provide responses to travel inquiries from online platforms. Handle booking arrangements for various hotels, resorts, and companies. Assisting marketing campaigns curation, events, and collaborations where necessary. Helping customers to book accommodations, sightseeing activities, and travel arrangements.
Requirements
Fresh graduates from tertiary schools/Polytechnics are highly encouraged to apply. Possess customer service skills and a sense of professionalism. Proficient in spoken and written English, knowledge of additional languages (Mandarin, Malay or other languages) is an advantage. Social-media savvy.
