Muzikaland is an international online music & arts education platform based in Singapore.
We provide high-quality 1-on-1 music lessons, practice coaching, and creative art classes for learners of all ages - from young children (ages 4-15) to adult beginners and hobby learners.

We are expanding our global teacher team and looking for passionate, reliable, and English-speaking instructors.

Role Description
We are currently hiring teachers in the following categories:

• Strings Violin / Viola / Cello

• Brass Teachers Trumpet . Trombone . French Horn .

• Winds Flute / Clarinet / Saxophone

• Piano & Keyboard

• Vocal Pop Vocal / Musical Theatre / Choir Training

• Music Theory & Aural Skills

• Practice Coaching Instructors Beginner coaching . Practice supervision . Rhythm & technique guidance

Beginner coaching, practice supervision, rhythm training, technique guidance

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality 1-on-1 online lessons

• Teach both children and adults, tailoring methods to different ages

• Provide short lesson feedback to students/parents

• Prepare lesson materials as needed

• Prepare students for ABRSM / Trinity exams)

• Maintain close and professional communication with our administrative team

• Attend occasional teacher meetings or training sessions

Qualifications

• English proficiency required

• Degree in Music / Education / Performance preferred

• Strong instrumental/vocal technique

• Experience teaching children (4-15) and/or adults

• Ability to prepare exam students is an advantage

• Warm, patient, encouraging teaching style

• Good rhythm, communication, and classroom management

• Stable internet + quiet teaching environment

• Suitable for younger teachers or musicians with solid technique

Technical Requirements

• High-speed WiFi

• HD webcam + quality microphone

• Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or other online teaching tools

Work Schedule & Contract

• Flexible schedule (weekday evenings and weekends preferred)

• Minimum 12-month commitment

• Freelance / part-time engagement

• Competitive hourly compensation (based on experience)
• Monthly payment via international transfer
