Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for digital performance Were seeking an experienced Online Marketing Manager to lead our digital campaigns, drive growth, and elevate our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEM, social, display, email, etc.)
- Develop and manage performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions
- Analyze KPIs and campaign results to generate actionable insights and improve ROI
- Manage content calendars, digital assets, and coordinate with creative teams
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategies and website performance
- Manage budgets across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Work closely with sales, product, and data teams to align marketing with business goals
Requirements:
- Based in Singapore with valid work authorization
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 46 years of digital marketing experience, including paid media and performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, etc.
- Hands-on experience managing digital budgets and agency/vendor relationships
- Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills
Bonus Points:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
- Familiar with CRM systems, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo)
- Prior experience in APAC regional marketing
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web tools is a plus
