We are looking for a results-driven Online Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through data-driven digital strategies.
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and websites
Manage and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Create and schedule digital content (posts, banners, landing pages, EDMs)
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports
Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and conversions
Manage social media accounts and engage with online communities
Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to support campaigns
Track digital trends and recommend new marketing opportunities
Maintain brand consistency across all online channels
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of experience in online/digital marketing (fresh grads with strong portfolio may apply)
Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, social media algorithms, and email marketing
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions
Good written and verbal communication skills
Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, Figma, etc.)
Experience managing B2B or SaaS digital campaigns
Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
