Role Description

Andrew Soong Training & Consultancy is looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to support paid advertising, sales funnel development, and conversion-focused copywriting.

This role will start on a contract or project basis, with the potential to move into an ongoing monthly engagement based on performance and fit.

The role is fully remote, and applicants can be based anywhere.

This role supports paid acquisition and funnel development across these programs, with an emphasis on clear positioning, strong messaging, and conversion-focused execution for both individual learners and corporate clients.

Some foundational assets may already exist, but this role will likely involve a mix of auditing, improving, and building where needed.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok, depending on expertise)
  • Design and implement sales funnels (landing pages, lead capture, email flows)
  • Write and refine marketing copy, including:
  • Ad copy
  • Landing page copy
  • Email sequences
  • Provide strategic recommendations on:
  • Funnel structure and messaging
  • Targeting and positioning
  • Tools, platforms, and tech stack
  • Monitor performance and propose improvements based on data and testing

You will be working closely with us on this.

What success looks like

  • A clear, repeatable funnel from traffic to conversion
  • Improved conversion rates and acquisition efficiency over time
  • Strong alignment between ads, messaging, and offer
  • Clear rationale behind decisions, testing, and iteration

The expectation is that strategy and setup are done rigorously upfront, so paid spend is used efficiently rather than through excessive iteration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience owning end-to-end paid acquisition funnels (ads > landing pages > conversion)
  • Demonstrated success managing paid ads with measurable outcomes
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys
  • Ability to write or guide conversion-focused copy
  • Comfortable working independently on a contract basis
  • Able to clearly explain strategy, trade-offs, and decisions
  • Experience working with founders, startups, or small teams is a plus
