Online Growth & Performance Marketing Expert

Key Responsibilities:

0-1 Growth Architecture: Architect and execute performance marketing strategies from scratch to drive aggressive user acquisition, community growth, and platform engagement in international markets.

Hands-On Campaign Execution: Manage and scale multi-channel digital advertising campaigns hands-on, primarily leveraging Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (UAC/SEM), and emerging programmatic networks.

Performance Optimization (ROI/CPA): Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding algorithms to continuously lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and maximize Lifetime Value (LTV).

Attribution & Data Tracking: Establish robust full-funnel tracking and attribution models (via AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.), delivering actionable growth insights and performance dashboards to leadership.

Creative & Cultural Localization: Partner with creative and local operational teams to conceptualize, iterate, and culturally adapt high-performing ad assets tailored for diverse regional user segments.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid user acquisition, with deep technical mastery of Meta and Google ad ecosystems.

Demonstrated success navigating the 0-1 growth phase, successfully scaling user bases for apps, digital content platforms, or gaming products in new markets.

Deep technical understanding of mobile attribution platforms, SDK integrations, and data privacy regulations.

Strong data-analytical acumen; highly proficient in Excel, SQL, or modern BI tools to translate raw data into strategic campaign adjustments.

Proactive, highly adaptable, and motivated by measurable growth metrics and fast-moving digital marketing landscapes.

Excellent command of English and Mandarin, capable of collaborating seamlessly with global cross-functional teams.
