Onboarding Associate (Fund Management) - Auditors Welcome

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveAssociate to manage investor onboarding and support core finance functions,ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth operations between investors, fund administrators, and management.

Responsibilities:

• Handle investor enquiries and coordinate withFund Administrators
• Review and verify KYC/AML documents in line withMAS regulations
• Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse mediascreening
• Maintain accurate investor records and performperiodic reviews
• Prepare Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports forhigh-risk investors
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and AccountsPayable (AP) functions
• Assist with financial reporting, GST/tax filing,and audit support

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, orrelated field
• 2-5 years of experience in banking, audit, orfinancial services
• Good understanding of AML/KYC and Singaporeregulatory requirements
• Basic accounting and financial reportingknowledge
