Job Description
- Perform OS patching and vulnerability remediation.
- Monitor server performance and resource utilization.
- Manage Active Directory users, groups, and policies.
- Troubleshoot authentication and domain trust issues.
- Maintain DNS zone configurations and replication health.
- Support PKI certificate lifecycle management.
- Monitor Entra ID synchronization health.
- Execute patch deployment through Endpoint Central.
- Perform server hardening activities.
- Troubleshoot OS-level performance bottlenecks.
- Support application deployments from OS perspective.
- Assist in DR restoration of servers.
- Monitor system logs and event alerts.
- Maintain documentation and configuration records.
- Escalate kernel or system-level issues to L3.
