Role Description

We are hiring an On-Chain Capital Markets Strategist (Remote, Singapore) to support digital asset capital markets initiatives, on-chain financial strategy, and blockchain-based investment infrastructure.

This role focuses on analyzing blockchain capital flows, developing tokenized market strategies, and supporting institutional participation across decentralized financial ecosystems. The strategist will work closely with investment, treasury, and research teams to identify opportunities within digital asset markets and optimize capital deployment across on-chain financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies related to tokenized capital markets and on-chain financial ecosystems
• Analyze blockchain liquidity flows, digital asset market trends, and macroeconomic conditions
• Evaluate tokenomics, digital asset structures, and decentralized market opportunities
• Support portfolio positioning and capital allocation strategies across blockchain ecosystems
• Monitor DeFi protocols, stablecoin infrastructure, and tokenized financial products
• Identify institutional opportunities within on-chain finance and Web3 capital markets
• Prepare market intelligence, strategic reports, and investment insights
• Collaborate with research and investment teams on long-term blockchain finance initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain ecosystems, and capital markets
• Experience in investment strategy, digital assets, or financial market analysis
• Knowledge of DeFi, tokenized assets, liquidity systems, and on-chain financial infrastructure
• Ability to analyze complex market and blockchain data to generate strategic insights
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics platforms, portfolio tools, and digital asset trading systems
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and strategic decision-making skills
• Active involvement in Web3 and digital asset communities

Compensation

Salary range: SGD 130,000 to SGD 175,000 per year depending on experience and capital markets expertise

Performance-based bonuses and potential token-based incentives may also be offered.
