Job Summary
Join the PC Dreams Group as an OmniChannel Sustainability Sales Executive to lead sales and acquisition efforts within a specific category, driving sustainability initiatives and delivering exceptional customer experiences across retail and digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on sustainability-driven purchases, trade-ins, and buyback programs to promote zero e-waste awareness and encourage eco-friendly decisions
- Collaborate with backend teams to optimize buyback workflows and maintain competitive pricing strategies aligned with circular economy goals
- Serve as the primary contact for customers across retail and digital channels, ensuring seamless and consistent service delivery
- Maintain a well-organized and presentable shop environment to support brand reputation and enhance customer satisfaction
- Guide customers in selecting pre-owned and refurbished electronic devices by providing informed, sustainability-focused product advice
- Respond to inquiries regarding device upcycling, repair, and trade-in valuations across physical stores and digital platforms
- Manage buyback transactions by accurately valuing used devices and ensuring compliance with established pricing models
- Oversee receipt and documentation of incoming devices for trade-in, repair, care, and warranty services to ensure operational accuracy
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems) standards
- Implement omnichannel sales strategies by engaging customers through social media, messaging tools, e-commerce platforms, and marketplace listings
- Promote buyback programs via digital campaigns and online engagement tools to maximize program visibility and customer participation
- Coordinate digital order fulfillment and logistics to ensure smooth transactions across all retail channels
- Analyze retail trends and buyback program performance using data analytics to refine sales strategies and optimize product offerings
- Utilize digital tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, messaging platforms, and CRM systems to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001, maintaining quality standards and data security integrity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field
- Experience in retail sales, e-commerce, or customer service, ideally within the consumer electronics sector
- Strong understanding of buyback programs and their role in driving circular economy initiatives
- Knowledge of omnichannel retail operations, including digital commerce and social media engagement
- Ability to communicate with customers in English and Chinese is required due to customer demographic needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and partners effectively
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and messaging platforms for sales operations
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment while delivering exceptional service
- Passion for sustainability and commitment to promoting eco-friendly business practices

- Work Week: 6 days/week
- Work Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Monthly Salary: $2700 - $3200 (with KPIs & OKRs driven commissions and incentives)
