Role Description
The Omni-Channel Fulfillment Specialist / Warehouse Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating and optimizing warehouse operations and fulfillment activities across multiple sales and distribution channels, including retail, e-commerce, marketplace, and wholesale operations. This role ensures efficient inventory handling, accurate order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and seamless operational coordination to support customer satisfaction and business performance.
The position works closely with warehouse teams, logistics providers, customer service, inventory planners, and operations management to improve fulfillment efficiency and maintain smooth omni-channel operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily warehouse and omni-channel fulfillment operations
- Managing order processing, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery coordination activities
- Monitoring inventory levels, stock accuracy, and order fulfillment performance
- Supporting fulfillment operations for e-commerce, retail, and marketplace channels
- Coordinating with logistics providers and courier partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Resolving fulfillment issues, stock discrepancies, and operational escalations
- Maintaining warehouse operational records, reports, and fulfillment documentation
- Monitoring warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory movement
- Supporting warehouse system usage, barcode scanning, and inventory tracking processes
- Assisting with process improvement and warehouse optimization initiatives
- Collaborating with procurement, customer service, and sales teams to support operational efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with warehouse safety standards and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain roles
- Understanding of warehouse and order fulfillment processes
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, or inventory systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting
- Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or distribution industries is advantageous
