What You'll Do

• Handle post-trade operations for physical crude and product cargoes
• Review contracts, nominate vessels, and coordinate lifting schedules
• Monitor loading/discharge and resolve operational issues in real time
• Prepare shipping documents, manage demurrage, and coordinate settlements
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and sanctions requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years in crude oil or oil trading operations
• Strong grasp of physical oil contracts, Incoterms, and shipping terms
• Familiarity with Asia-Pacific crude markets and FOB/CIF/DES cargoes
• Exposure to refined products (gasoil, gasoline) is a plus
• Detail-oriented, risk-aware, and comfortable in a fast-moving desk environment
