Job Summary
Join our team as an Oral Health Therapist cum Clinic Manager, delivering oral health therapy services while managing clinic operations, coordinating workflows, and supporting patient care to ensure efficient and high-quality dental services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver oral health therapy services within the OHT scope of practice, providing preventive and therapeutic treatments to patients
- Support chairside dental procedures by assisting dentists and ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Coordinate dental laboratory case processing, including preparation, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely completion
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and ordering dental materials and consumables to maintain clinic readiness
- Organize and manage dental assistant rosters and daily scheduling to optimize clinic workflow and resource allocation
- Perform clinic administrative duties, including workflow coordination and operational support to maintain smooth daily operations
- Maintain high patient service standards by facilitating efficient clinic processes and addressing operational challenges
- Execute additional duties assigned by clinic management to support overall clinic effectiveness
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Oral Health Therapy
- Valid registration with the Singapore Dental Council
- Ability to perform Oral Health Therapy duties confidently and professionally
