Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen existing partnerships with offline payment partners, including hardware vendors and service providers, to enhance the company's offline payment capabilities.
- Coordinate training for service providers and partners, ensuring strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly reports by service providers and oversee reconciliation for monthly billing.
- Oversee day-to-day offline payment operations, proactively identifying and resolving operational gaps and issues while driving continuous process improvements across the payment lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development of the company's APAC and global offline payments strategy, including business models and service frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsparticularly product, operations, and salesto launch and operationalize new products and enter new markets.
- Participate in team initiatives to define, document, and refine norms and processes for a growing team.
- Foster and uphold company culture, while building, mentoring, and empowering team talent
Requirements
- Bring at least 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the offline card payments industry (e.g., service providers or acquirers), with a demonstrated record of strong performance.
- Demonstrate experience in negotiating and managing partner relationships, ideally within an internet or start-up environment.
- Ability to translate complex product and operational requirements into clear, actionable guidance for partners.
- Possess strong quantitative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exhibit strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to represent the company in strategic client and partner engagements.
- Established connections within local and regional (APAC/global) payments ecosystems are a plus.
- Proficient in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
