Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Manage office assets, supplies, maintenance, repairs and general upkeep of office.
- Lead planning and coordination of office relocation projects to ensure timely and organized transitions.
- Administer rental units of our company by liaising with landlords and tenants on lease agreements, contract renewals, issue resolution, and maintenance and repair matters.
- Provide administrative support to Directors including scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, and preparation of reports and presentations.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in Business Administration
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration, operations, or facilities management
- Experience in training centre, service operations, or customer-facing coordination roles
- Strong experience in office operations, vendor management, and office relocation projects
- Familiarity with billing, payment tracking, budgeting, and basic revenue or cost control
- Knowledge of ISO documentation, audit processes, or ESG compliance is an advantage
