Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Manage office assets, supplies, maintenance, repairs and general upkeep of office.
  • Lead planning and coordination of office relocation projects to ensure timely and organized transitions.
  • Administer rental units of our company by liaising with landlords and tenants on lease agreements, contract renewals, issue resolution, and maintenance and repair matters.
  • Provide administrative support to Directors including scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, and preparation of reports and presentations.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration, operations, or facilities management
  • Experience in training centre, service operations, or customer-facing coordination roles
  • Strong experience in office operations, vendor management, and office relocation projects
  • Familiarity with billing, payment tracking, budgeting, and basic revenue or cost control
  • Knowledge of ISO documentation, audit processes, or ESG compliance is an advantage
