Support clients on the day-to-day Trade transaction queries on phone or emails
Record all calls information according to standard operating procedures
Act as an Advisor on various Trade products enquiries
Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure client's requests are fulfilled
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting and monitoring of department KPIs
Identify and escalate client issue if any
Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Requirements:
Good understanding of various Trade products
Diploma holders / Nitec with 1 year of working experience
Open to entry level, training provided.
Have Trade knowledge or customer services experience is an advantage.
Able to work independently with excellent verbal and email-writing skills
Able to interact effectively with internal & external parties of all levels
