Job Summary

The hiring team is seeking an Officer - Business Operations & Supply Chain Coordination (Contract Role) to support regional coordination, project administration, and operational tracking activities This role focuses on coordinating information flow between internal departments, suppliers, and overseas subsidiaries to support smooth execution of projects from planning through delivery. It is suitable for entry-level candidates who are organised, detail-oriented, and interested in developing a career in business operations, coordination, and supply chain support functions.

Employment Details

  • Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable / Extendable)
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: S$2,500 - S$3,500 (depending on qualifications and experience)
  • Travel reimbursement for approved work-related site visits
  • Completion bonus upon successful contract completion

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Operations Coordination

  • Support planning, tracking, and reporting of regional project delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Planning teams to obtain project specifications and approved drawings
  • Monitor project progress and follow up on delivery status, ensuring timely updates across stakeholders
  • Assist in coordinating CKD (Completely Knocked Down) parts delivery and inventory movement planning
  • Participate in coordination meetings to support operational alignment

2. Systems & Data Management

  • Support updates and data entry in ERP systems (e.g. SAP HANA / Oracle)
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and operational tracking documents
  • Assist in preparing basic operational reports and status summaries for internal use

3. Administrative & Stakeholder Support

  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and overseas subsidiaries
  • Support documentation flow and ensure completeness of project records
  • Assist in general administrative and operational tasks as required

4. Compliance Support

  • Support ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System activities
  • Assist in ISO 14001 Environmental Management System requirements
  • Ensure adherence to internal operational procedures and documentation standards

Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome (training provided)
  • Comfortable working with data and structured reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) or Power BI is an advantage
