Job Description

[What the role is]

We are looking for a resourceful, meticulous and collaborative individual, with a genuine interest in using technology to make processes smarter and more efficient to join the People Operations team.

[What you will be working on]

The successful candidate will assist on human resource matters including but not limited to the following:

  • Provision of logistical and administrative support for various HR activities in the employee cycle including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Administration of benefits such as leave management, processing of employees HR-related claims such as medical claims and insurance
  • Play an active role in driving the transformation of HR service delivery through technology, proactively identify pain points in current HR processes and champion technology-led solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy and the overall employee experience
  • Develop and maintain RPA workflows to eliminate manual effort in areas such as data entry, document generation and reporting, as well as writing and maintaining Python scripts to support data processing, reconciliation and HR analytics
  • Explore and prototype agentic AI solutions - such as AI-powered assistants or automated decision-support tools - to enhance the responsiveness and intelligence of HR service delivery.
  • Any other ad-hoc task(s) that may be assigned to you

[What we are looking for]

  • Meticulous, organised and resourceful
  • Strong team-player with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Open Government Products such as Ownself Gather, Opus, Plumber etc or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Blue Prism to automate HR workflows
  • You will be working in a fast-paced environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments
  • Experience in using Workday will be an advantage
