Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of Physical Materials and SAP Administration.
  • Ensure all incoming materials are received according to the Quality Policies.
  • Check that all delivery orders have indicated the purchase order number.
  • Verify quantity received against the delivery order.
  • Tag and label of the materials.
  • Ensure that all outgoing materials are issued according to the Quality Policies.
  • Ensure that all outgoing materials are issued based on the signed stock reservation voucher form.
  • Conduct monthly cycle count duties.
  • Maintaining of good housekeeping in the store.
  • Compliance to regulations and audit.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a NITEC.
  • At least 2years of relevant experience.
  • Possess Forklift/ VNA license will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently or as a team.
