Job Description

Our client is a leading global F&B MNC which is conveniently based at central area, about 5 - 7 mins away from Labrador Park MRT.

Onsite Office Support:

  • Managing AMEX Corporate Card expenses, including monthly bill submission to bank for payment.
  • Coordinating SingTel Corporate Services
  • Overseeing office equipment and vendor management, including contract renewals.
  • Prepare technological equipment for employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Assisting with the general appearance of the office, maintenance checklist compilation, and placing maintenance requests
  • Securing agreements with airlines and hotels for travel arrangements, assisting in planning events, meetings.
  • Security Access Cards Management
  • Opening and closing accounts for employees and approving managers and manage enquiries
  • Invoice Processing

Facilities Management:

  • Managing building office operations, including lease agreements
  • Coordinating car parking and annual electrical/power shutdown.
  • Overseeing fire drill


  • Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
