Job Description

Are you a personable and highly organized professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client service Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Office Receptionist cum Admin Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception operations, including calls, visitor registration, access cards, and meeting room bookings
  • Coordinate meeting and event logistics
  • Ensure all reception, meeting spaces, lounge areas, and workstations are clean and fully equipped
  • Oversee pantry and office supplies and equipment maintenance in collaboration with facilities and service providers
  • Handle administrative tasks
  • Support firm-wide events and Business Development activities
  • Provide general office support, troubleshoot operational issues, and undertake ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Min GCE O levels and above
  • At least 3 to 5 years of receptionist experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office

Additional Information:

  • Working hours: 930am to 630pm
  • Mondays to Fridays
  • Nearest MRT: Bugis
