Office administration:
Manage office maintenance and upkeep e.g. office equipment, furniture and fittings, maintenance schedules, MCST matters, etc. Manage office and pantry supplies e.g. stationery, pantry items, sourcing and purchasing. Assist with CEO's personal matters e.g. vehicle maintenance, insurance renewals, etc. Receptionist duties e.g. receiving/sending out and tracking of correspondence, items.
Finance matters:
Simple book keeping and handle financial transactions e.g. invoice processing, payments, receipts. Cashflow management e.g. bank statement monitoring, trading statements monitoring. Liaise with accounting company e.g. for monthly reports, checking of prepared accounts. Company secretarial matters e.g. to liaise with company secretary on corporate sec matters. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree with relevant experiences
At least 5 years of working experience in fast paced admin/customer service or family office
Good working attitude, meticulous and eager to learn
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of service and response
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and technology savvy
High sense of urgency and ability to multitask
Highly adaptable to a loosely structured environment.
Office location: Near Tiong Bahru/Henderson| Mon - Fri (9:30am - 6:30pm)
