Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall office and warehouse operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
  • Supervise office and warehouse staff, assign tasks, and coordinate daily activities.
  • Ensure proper storage of goods and conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Coordinate warehouse goods in/out, logistics, and related delivery or installation activities.
  • Prepare administrative and inventory reports and submit them to management for review.
  • Monitor daily operations and propose improvements to enhance office and warehouse efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in Management, business Administration, or a related field.
  • Singaporean candidates are preferred
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in office administration, operations support, or similar roles.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions accurately.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and administration best practices.
