[What the role is]

Join our dynamic team at the Office of Staff Development and play a pivotal role in shaping staff capability development and career development to meet RP's organisational needs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for nurturing and empowering individuals, we invite you to be part of our team. This position is on a non-renewable contract term of 2 years. You will be involved in a diverse range of activities to support the Polytechnic's Strategic Workforce Planning framework. You will and play a part in the design and implementation of capability development interventions and programmes.

[What you will be working on]

Your key responsibilities will include:


. Partner key stakeholders to support staff capability development through projects such as strategic workforce planning, competency framework development and implementation design, develop and implement capability development plan to support RP's strategic priorities.
. Review and evaluate relevance and effectiveness of staff capability development related policies and guidelines.
. Participate in business process reviews to develop user-centric systems that support staff capability development needs.
. Support in preparing management reports and analytics dashboard to support staff capability development related decision making
. Oversee administration matters, address staff queries and ensure the smooth operation of processes.

[What we are looking for]

. Relevant qualification in Human Resources or Business Management, or its related fields.
. At least eight years of relevant work experience in Strategic Workforce Planning and/or Learning and Development, with familiarity in progressive learning and development practices and trends.
. Excellent stakeholder engagement, project management, presentation and writing skills.
. A team player who is able to work independently, adapt in complex and ambiguous situations and comfortable with taking a hands-on approach.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digitally-savvy to learn new digitalisation tools.
. Some experience with Workday HCM, SAP HR, Robotics Process Automation, Low Code Automation and AI Application will be advantageous.
