Job Description

[What the role is]

Office of Finance - Executive (2-year contract)

[What you will be working on]

1. Involve in the financial aspects of Continuing Education Training (CET) programs, including billing, collections, processing financial schemes, and handling operational tasks.
2. Assist in managing the end-to-end grant claim process, including submission, tracking, reconciliation, and disbursement monitoring.
3. Follow up on pending, outstanding, or rejected claims with relevant stakeholders.
4. Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.

[What we are looking for]

1. Relevant qualification in accounting, business or finance. Public Sector finance experience will be an advantage.
2. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Good writing and verbal communication skills.
4. Effective team player, meticulous, analytical, systematic, and resourceful.
