Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized workplace.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory; liaise with vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility needs.
  • Provide administrative support to management and teams (e.g., scheduling, document preparation).
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records in coordination with HR.
  • Organize internal meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Monitor budgets related to office expenses and propose cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to office management.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external visitors and general office inquiries.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in office administration or management roles.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
