Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-organised workplace environment
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance to maintain high operational and service standards
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure the workplace remains productive and well-maintained
- Coordinate meeting schedules, manage office calendars, and arrange logistics for internal and external engagements
- Prepare and maintain business documents, reports, and confidential records in full compliance with company policies
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners to ensure all office operational needs are met efficiently
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks including payroll coordination, filing, and onboarding
- Implement and continuously improve office processes and procedures to enhance overall administrative efficiency
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related matters, visitors, and general enquiries
- Monitor office budgets, track expenditures, and prepare regular reports for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and trying new approaches
