POSITION TITLE
OFFICE MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
The Office Manager oversees daily office operations while managing financial and HR functions. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, supporting audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role also covers HR activities such as recruitment, payroll, employee relations and policy implementation, ensuring organizational efficiency, financial integrity and a positive workplace culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Administration
. Supervise day-to-day office operations, supplies and facilities.
. Implement policies and procedures to maintain efficiency.
. Coordinate communication across departments.
. Support workplace health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
. Liaise with vendors for stationery, office equipment and IT support.
. Arrange business travel, accommodation and visas when required.
. Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Accounting & Finance
. Handle bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and payment processing.
. Prepare and review management and financial reports.
. Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
. Monitor budgets and control expenses.
. Process employee expense claims and reimbursements.
. Track and safeguard office inventory and equipment.
Human Resources
. Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
. Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
. Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
. Support employee relations, training and performance management.
. Administer MOM portal transactions (applications, renewals, cancellations of Work Passes) in compliance with COMPASS and other frameworks.
QUALIFICATIONS
. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business or related field.
. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, auditing and payroll systems.
. Experience in recruitment, employee engagement and compliance with employment regulations.
. Demonstrated ability to oversee office operations.
. Skilled in professional correspondence and conflict resolution.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
. Proven experience in office management, accounting and HR is required.

Work Timings: 8AM - 5PM (Mondays - Fridays)
Transport: Pick-up points island-wide
Salary: SGD3,500 - SGD7,000 (Negotiable based on qualifications)
