Office Manager / HR & Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager / HR & Operations Manager to oversee people operations, office management, and core business administration. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and offboarding
- Independently manage and process Employment Pass (EP) applications and renewals this is a must-have requirement
- Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations and Singapore employment laws
- Manage employee benefits, leave administration, and HR policies
- Oversee office operations, facilities, vendors, and workplace setup
- Coordinate IT operations and act as liaison with external IT providers
- Support finance operations including payroll administration, invoicing support, and statutory submissions
- Manage contractor onboarding, timesheets, payroll coordination, and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Office Manager, HR Operations, or People Operations role
- Strong, hands-on experience managing EP applications end-to-end (essential)
- Experience in an Employment Agency is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of MOM regulations and employment compliance
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning operational processes
- Ability to operate independently in a lean, high-growth environment
Salary Range: Up to $60,000 + Bonus
